Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of washlaunchgroup.com and parts.washlaunchgroup.com (the "Sites") and any content, products, or services made available through them. By using the Sites you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.

The Sites are operated by Wash Launch LLC ("Wash Launch Group," "WLG," "we," "our," or "us"), a North Carolina limited liability company headquartered in Charlotte, NC.

Editorial content is informational, not advice

Articles, market commentary, pro forma examples, underwriting frameworks, and other editorial content on the Sites are published for informational and educational purposes only. They are not investment advice, legal advice, accounting advice, engineering advice, or any other form of professional advice. Numerical ranges, benchmarks, and forecasts reflect our team's operating experience and publicly available industry data at the time of writing and may not apply to your specific situation. Markets and conditions change.

Do not rely on Site content as the sole basis for any business, financial, or investment decision. Engage qualified advisors before committing capital, acquiring or developing real estate, executing a transaction, or entering into a contract. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

No client relationship

Use of the Sites, submission of a contact form, scheduling a consultation, or attendance at a free initial call does not by itself create a client, advisory, agency, or fiduciary relationship between you and WLG. Such relationships are established only through a separately signed written engagement letter or services agreement.

Trademarks and references to third parties

The Sites reference brand names, products, and corporate entities of third parties (including but not limited to other car wash equipment manufacturers, chemistry suppliers, software vendors, real estate firms, and car wash operators). All such trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Any such reference is nominative and editorial in nature and does not imply endorsement of WLG by the referenced party, endorsement of the referenced party by WLG (except where WLG expressly states a distribution or partner relationship), or any affiliation between WLG and the referenced party.

References to our authorized distribution relationships (OPW Vehicle Wash Solutions, including PDQ, Belanger, and ICS; and Trident Wash Systems) are subject to the terms of our written distributor agreements with those manufacturers. Distribution status is current as of the effective date above.

Identification of a third party on the Sites does not imply that the third party has approved, endorsed, sponsored, or participated in the related content.

Career-aggregated track record

References on the Sites to "60+ sites delivered" and "$200M+ in closed transactions" are career-aggregated across our team's prior roles in the car wash industry. Wash Launch Group as an entity was founded in January 2026. Where these figures are referenced, they reflect cumulative team accomplishments across prior employers; they are not WLG-entity performance metrics.

Intellectual property

Content published on the Sites, including text, articles, data visualizations, photography, the WLG wordmark and logo, and the structure and arrangement of the Sites, is owned by Wash Launch LLC or licensed to it. You may view and link to Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works of Site content for commercial use without our prior written permission, except that short quotations with attribution are permitted under fair use.

Parts catalog

The parts catalog at parts.washlaunchgroup.com displays product listings, descriptions, pricing where shown, and availability from Wash Launch Group's catalog. Pricing, availability, and product specifications are subject to change without notice and are not binding until confirmed in writing by us. Orders are fulfilled subject to a separate sales order, purchase order, or quote acknowledgment. Lead times are estimates only.

Wholesale pricing is available to approved dealers and qualifying multi-site operators following completion of our wholesale application and our review process. We reserve sole discretion over wholesale account approval.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Sites and the content on them are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Sites will be free of errors or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wash Launch LLC, its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the Sites or any content on them, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability for any direct damages arising out of or relating to use of the Sites is limited to the greater of (a) one hundred US dollars (USD $100) or (b) the amount you have paid to us for the products or services giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wash Launch LLC, its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any third-party claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Sites, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflicts-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Sites lies in the state and federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above indicates the most recent change. Continued use of the Sites after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
